The month of September is the official start of the BER months - meaning, the start of the Christmas countdown for Christians especially the kids and the kids at heart like me who is excited for the Simbang Gabi.
Last weekend, I and my nephew had the general cleaning at my quarters after two weeks of my busy schedule at work. Ace Raki happened to see the boxes where I kept the Christmas decors I used last year and he volunteered to fix the Christmas tree. I couldn't imagine that this little boy has the talent in decorating our Christmas tree. So, if you are in Camp O'Donnell and had the chance to roam around the quarters of officers, you will definitely see my quarters only with decorations in preparation for the season. Actually, I am not used in decorating my quarters this early but this kid insisted. Anyway, he is just very excited for Christmas as he will be receiving gifts not only from me but also from her titos and titas living near the camp.
As everyone is excited for the coming of Jesus, let us all prepare accordingly. not our money to buy gifts but our HEARTS to receive Him. Dreaming and wishing for a wonderful Christmas 2012! Thanks Raki for doing the job for Mommy. I love it!
